Salsa Safari Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Salsa Safari! By booking and participating in any of our classes, events, or experiences, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• All reservations must be made at least 4 hours in advance to ensure availability and proper preparation.
• Reservations can be made online through our website or by contacting us directly.

• If your arrival is delayed due to a late flight or other travel disruptions, you may reschedule your reservation without penalty. Proof of delay may be required.
• Rescheduling is subject to class and instructor availability.

• Reservations can be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled class or event for a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable but may be eligible for rescheduling at the discretion of Salsa Safari.

• By participating in Salsa Safari activities, you acknowledge that dancing and physical activities involve inherent risks. Salsa Safari and its staff are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages incurred during classes or events.
• Participants are encouraged to inform instructors of any physical limitations or medical conditions before the class begins.

• Salsa Safari promotes a welcoming and respectful environment for all participants. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the class without a refund.
• Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may not be permitted to join the class, depending on the instructor’s discretion.

• Participants must adhere to any health and safety guidelines provided by Salsa Safari, including hygiene practices and any applicable public health regulations.

• Any personal information provided during booking will be used solely for reservation management and communication purposes. We will not share your data with third parties without your consent.

• Salsa Safari reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of significant changes prior to their effective date.
